How quickly does the No-Cash team respond to support queries?
We aim to respond to email and WhatsApp queries within one business day. Urgent payment issues are prioritised — WhatsApp is the fastest channel during business hours (08:00–17:00 SAST). Outside hours, email is monitored and triaged the next morning.
What should I do if a tip I sent didn't reach the recipient?
First check your bank or card statement — if the payment was successful, email queries@nocashteam.com with the recipient's name or username, the amount, and the date and time of the transaction. Our team will trace the payment and confirm settlement within 24 hours.
What happens if my KYC application is rejected?
If your KYC submission is rejected, you will receive an SMS notifying you of the rejection, after which our team will reach out to further assist you . You can resubmit at any time. Common reasons include an unclear ID image, an address mismatch, or expired documentation — most rejections resolve on the first resubmission.
How do I register my business as a No-Cash entity?
Email support@nocashteam.com with your business name, registration number, and the number of recipient workers you'd like to onboard. Our team will guide you through entity setup, KYC compliance for your organisation, and bulk QR-code deployment across your sites.
